Community Coach (recreational, non-competitive)

The CSCP Community Coaching Stream has been developed to reduce barriers to coaches entering the pathway or existing coaches who want to coach specifically within a recreational context. Coaches, parents, or the “Weekend Warrior” can lead their participants during training with a non-competitive focus.

The entire training can be accessed through online workshops, so that participants can become trained at their own time. As a result, it is important to make note of the scope of practice that coaches can work with.

Workshop content explores the fundamental principles of:

  • Rider’s Curriculums
  • Group Management
  • Group and Resort Safety
  • Long-Term Development
  • Sessions and Activities Planning

Where: Online
Minimum Age: 16 years old
